After dinner Carson usually plays with his TRRUUUUCKs however tonight he was up to something else...
I walked out of the kitchen for 10 seconds and Carson pretended to be sleeping. I bent down to kiss him and he started giggling. Oh, how I wish that precious moment was recorded.
Look out Brad Pitt- there is a new actor in town.

For many years I dreamt about spending time at the horse stable with 'my child'. On Saturday, as I watched Carson walk down the horse aisle, it hit me... my dream came true. What an amazing feeling- my heart was light and my eyes were filled with tears of joy.

On the way to church today, Carson was playing hard to get with Holly. However the whole way to church he wanted to hold her hand or touch her face. Holly is a very special girl with a HUGE heart. Carson and I are so lucky to have Holly in our lives.

My favorite brother-in-law (my only b.i.l) Levin and Carson got hair cuts Friday night. Uncle Levin give the hair stylist tips on 'blending' for Carson's new hair style. Thanks Uncle Levin, I love my new hair cut!
Sorry, I do not have a picture of finish product-my battery died.

Why God Made Little Boys (like Carson).
God made a world out of His dreams,of magic mountains, oceans and streams,Prairies and plains and wooded land. Then paused and thoughtI need someone to stand, on top of the mountains,to conquer the seas, explore the plainsand climb the trees.Someone to start out small and grow, sturdy and strong like a tree and soHe created boys, full of spirit and funTo explore and conquer, to romp and runWith dirty faces, and banged up chinsWith courageous hearts and boyish grins. And when He had completed the task He'd begun,He surely said, "That's a job well done."
I love you sweet baby boy!

In September 08, there will be seven of us traveling to Guatemala to do missionary work with Dick Rutgers http://dickrutgers.com/. The bulk of our time we will be working in the orgphanage, playing with the children, taking the children out to eat, and doing whatever else needs to be completed. I thank the Lord for placing the desire in our hearts to serve his children.
More information to come....

I thought by posting a summer photo taken at my parents home would warm us all up. If anyone wants to visit South Jersey this summer let me know. There is plenty of room for you to stay and many, many things to do.
