Its been a long 72 hours

however Sandy decided she only wanted to stay for a short time.  But she did make the trees dance quickly and the islands are flooded to the max.  There are many families and businesses without power.
I do not write much about work on my blog however I will say all the residents are safe and the staff members did a wonderful job.  We did experience some flooding and flickering of lights but nothing like the past.
At the home front my family has been really supportive of my long hours as they do their best to understand my responsibilities at work.  Anyway, I need to catch a few zzzz's before I have to go back to work.

So glad to hear that you're all safe! Thanks for the update- we've been seeing so much horror on TV (in NJ). Since Sandy hit Cape May, I thought you may have gotten it worse there. Hope you get some much needed rest this week before you leave!
