Where is Cole?

 

The other day we could not find Carson's kitten Cole.  We looked all over the house for him.  Needless to say, he found a hiding spot where he could keep his eyes on his lunch oops I meant his fish friends.  A side note-  I dislike any walking animals on my counters.

My boy is obsessed with his roller blades.  He even does his chores on roller blades.  Anyway, all together this weekend Carson and I walked/roller bladed 10 miles.  I love the excerise he is getting however he can not afford to lose any weight as he is a lean machine already.  Carson is glueen free so he is not getting the extra calories from pasta, breads, etc.  He also is lactose free so he is not getting the extra fat from cows milk.  It will all work out.  In less then two months we will be celebrating our sixth forever family day.  I can not believe we will be together six years.  Carson and I are planning the day together.  We are hoping Best will join us as she was a big part of our pick up trip.

Carson received another excellent report card today from school.  We celebrated tonight by roller blading 5 miles together.

The blue prints for the new house have arrived. 

After three stressful days/nights with work, I was able to watch one of my favorite movies Dirty Dancing.  I was excited to see it playing on VH-1.  I had the opportunity to visit one of the places where they shot part of the movie near Roanoke Va.  It was really neat to see in person.  The resort was so peaceful.

Did you know: In the scene where Johnny and Baby are practicing dancing, and she keeps laughing when he runs his arm down hers, it was not part of the scene, she was actually laughing and his frustration was genuine. They left it because it was effective. Her falling over in this scene was unplanned too.
