Our annual Easter egg hunt was not on Easter Sunday this year due to my favorite brother's flying schedule. However, I'm thankful it was early since Carson was ill on Easter day. My Dad showed Carson how to hunt for eggs once and he was off and hunting. This year my niece Ali found the golden egg- Lucky Girl!

I love the pictures. How neat that he has the egg thing figured out. Our 3 year old still doesn't quite get the concept; maybe next year. Anyway, I hope Carson is feeling better!

So cute! My kids enjoyed it as well. But they need to learn how to sit the real eggs gently in their basket instead of throwing them it! Our eggs were falling apart when we were done.
What fun! There is something very special about Grandfathers with their grandsons... I am sure that was the first of many lessons he will pass on. Very sweet.
